- 2 and a half cup of maida flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 orange peel
- Vanilla essence 1 spoon
- Sugar powder 1 and a half cup
- 1 spoon red food color
- Icing sugar half cup for icing
- 2 cup fresh cream
- Few cherries
How To Make Red Velvet Cake:
- First, in a bowl add eggs and sugar and mix it very well.
- Then add vanilla essence and red food color and again mix well.
- Now add maida flour and mix with your hand or with a hand blender.
- Add grated orange peel and mix again then apply some butter to the container.
- Pour the mixture in a cake container for baking; Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Bake the cake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
- Till for icing in a bowl mix heavy fresh cream and sugar powder.
- If our cake is ready then take it out from oven and demold it.
- Now cut the cake from middle and on the bottom piece apply icing cream.
- Place the another cake piece on above the first one and apply icing.
- If desired add some chopped cherries on the cake and place it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
