Vegetable Fried Rice Recipe

Hello And Welcome, Here we are going to make a very tasty fried rice recipe.

INGREDIENTS:

  1. 3-4 cups half cooked rice
  2. Half cup chopped bell pepper(green,red,yellow)
  3. 1/4 cup cabbage chopped
  4. 1/4 chopped french beans
  5. 2 spoon baby corn
  6. 2 tablespoon ajwain 
  7. 3 tablespoon spice masala
  8. 2 spoon soya sauce
  9. 1 spoon chili sauce
  10. 2 spoon oil
  11. Chopped coriander 
  12. Salt

METHOD OF PREPARATION:
  • In a pan preheat the oil and in that add all veggies and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • After that add masala powder, chili sauce, soya sauce, salt and 70-80% cooked rice.
  • Mix all these ingredients well and cook for 5-6 minutes.
  • Here is our vegetable fried rice is ready to serve, garnish it with chopped coriander.
