To Make Sweet Potato Fries We Need SomeIngredients As Follows:

  1. 1-2 good size sweet potato
  2. Oil for frying
  3. Some curry leaves for garnishing
  4. And rock salt or common salt

How To Make Sweet Potato Fries:

# First peel the sweet potato and cut it into long strips then add it in a cold water with salt and left it for 1-2 hours to marinate.

# After that remove the water and clean with tissue paper or with cotton then place a deep pan and heat the oil.

# Make sure the oil is good heated, add sweet potato fries in pan one by one and fry it till it converts into brown golden color.

# Place it in tissue paper so that remain oil gets absorb by tissue paper.

# Take all strips on a serving plate and sprinkle a pinch of black pepper and curry leaves if desired.
