Spinach Soup

Ingredients We Need:

  1. A bunch of spinach (500 grams)
  2. 2-3 big tomato
  3. 2 Tablespoon cream
  4. 2 Tablespoon butter
  5. 1 Tablespoon chopped coriander
  6. Lemon
  7. Salt
  8. Half teaspoon black salt
  9. Garlic 1 inch
  10. Black pepper

Method Of Preparation:

Cook Time: 25-30 Minutes
  • Firstly clean spinach and remove steam just take leafs, wash tomato and ginger also.
  • Chopped spinach, tomato, and garlic in medium pieces then boil them, When spinach gets soften off the flame.
  • Cool then in a room temperature and grind them.
  • In the ground, paste adds 4-5 cups of water and sieve it. place sieve mixture on the flame and add salt, black salt black pepper.
  • Boil the soup for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add butter and lime juice and mix it well.
Here is our spinach soup is ready to serve for 4-5 peoples.
