## Honey:

And also from your throat which can cause different diseases like throat infection, fever, cold, cough and much more.

Method 1: If you are having dry cough problem then take 3 spoon honey in a day for three times means in morning 1 spoon, afternoon 1 spoon and evening 1 spoon this will help you to get rid of dry cough. 

If there are children’s then you can decrease the values of honey.

Alternate Method: Take 1 glass of lukewarm milk and add 1-2 spoon of organic or raw honey and mix it well if possible take this at least for 3 times in a day this will also help you to get rid of chest pain. It’s better to take this in empty stomach.

## Turmeric:

Turmeric is fulfilled with so many antibacterial qualities that we know we can easily get rid of a cough, cold, fever.

Method 1: Take equal amount of turmeric and black pepper powder minimum half- half spoon and mix with honey and take with a half cup of water.

Alternate Method 1: Take equal amount of turmeric powder and ajwain add in 1 cup of water and boil till water remains half then add 1 to 2 spoon of honey and take three times in a day.

Or else you can take turmeric with milk to get relief from dry throat/cough, you can drink it till you get relief.

Alternate Method 2: For this, we need turmeric powder, water, and honey. mix all these three ingredients together and take at least for 2-3 times in a day.

## Ginger:

You will easily get ginger at your home it works as a natural analgesic.

just chop the ginger into tiny pieces and mix it with butter then boil with water for 4-5 minutes them drink that water to get instant relief from the itchy throat.

Alternate Method 1: Here we will make ginger, peppermint, honey, and water. chop ginger into small pieces and add to boiling water with black pepper boil till water remains half then let it cool and strain it.

Then add honey as you required then you can take 1 spoon of syrup after taking a gap of 1 hour.

you can keep this syrup in the refrigerator to further use. you can use this syrup for 2-3 weeks.

Alternate Method 2: It seems little hard but goes for it just chew raw ginger this will help you to get rid of a cough.

Alternate Method 3: Make a hot ginger tea and take it 2-3 times in a day.

## Garlic:

This is a most effective remedy for a cough, garlic holds many natural antibacterial agents that increase your immunity to fight against bacterial infection

Method 1: take 4 to 5 cloves of garlic boil it with water when it gets cool to mix it with honey and takes this will give you instant relief from a cough.

Alternate Method 1: Chew 2-3 garlic cloves or you can crush garlic cloves then take with honey.

## Gargling:

In a half cup of lukewarm water add a 1-2 spoon of salt stir it and dissolve. gargle for 10-15 minutes and repeat this process 2-3 times. then rinse your mouth with clean normal water.

## Avoid Cold Things:

Having cold stuff can increase efforts so avoid consuming cold things, cold places, if possible also off your AC. Use only lukewarm water to drink.

Method 1: Take A Steam= to take steam we need some few things like few drops of tea tree drops, 2-3 drops of eucalyptus oil and 1 soft and clean cloth and water.

Bring the water to boil then place it in a little big bowl and add both oils go closer to the bowl and cover your head with a cloth and take a breath deeply do this 2-3 minutes for a 1-time repeat this process 2-3 times in a day.

Make sure you keep the safe distance from the bowl.

## Oregano:

Take some oregano and boil it with water filter and drink it till u get relief from the dry throat or from a cough.
