Ingredients: 

  1. 1 kg pieces mutton or lamb leg pieces,
  2. 6 long chopped onions,
  3. 2 thin chopped tomato,
  4. 1 cup yogurt,
  5. 3 small bay leaf,
  6. 2 tablespoon chopped coriander,
  7. 10-15 fry cashew (Kaju),
  8. Salt for a taste,
  9. 1 teaspoon sugar and turmeric,
  10. Half teaspoon cumin,
  11. 7-8 teaspoon ghee,
  12. 9-10 teaspoon oil.


Raw Material Preparation:

  • 20 garlic cloves
  • 6 dry red chilies 
  • 2 pieces of cinnamon
  • 5 big cardamom
  • 6-7 black pepper
  • 2 teaspoon fennel 
  • 2 teaspoon fry coriander seeds
  • 2-inch garlic 

Take all these ingredients and make the good paste for further use we need it ahead.

Decorating Ingredients: 

Thin chopped coriander
 Some fry cashew (Kaju)

Method Of Preparation:

  1. First in yogurt add Turmeric and salt, then apply that on mutton and kept it for 1 hour to marinate.
  2. In a pot add oil and ghee heat it then adds green cardamom, cumin, bay leaf and roast them till a good smell appears, then add long chopped onions roast them again after that add Raw material paste in that and add some water and roast for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Then add tomatoes till it mixes well after that add pieces of mutton and roast it till it changes color like pink. Add some water and kept it closed and make gravy then add some sugar if you want.
  4. If it cooks good taste it and takes it down check the taste of salt.
