Ingredients We Need:

  1. 500 grams chicken pieces better if boneless
  2. 2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  3. 2 teaspoon red chili powder
  4. Chopped coriander leaves
  5. half cup yogurt
  6. 2 chopped onions
  7. 2 chopped tomato’s
  8. 3-4 cardamom
  9. 2-3 cloves
  10. 2 teaspoon coriander powder
  11. half teaspoon turmeric powder
  12. 1 teaspoon garam masala
  13. Salt for taste
  14. Oil as required

How To Make Punjabi Chicken Curry:

 
STEP 1: Firstly clean chicken pieces with water, now in chicken add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, salt, and coriander leave mix these ingredients very well and kept aside t marinate.
 
STEP 2: Now take chopped tomato, onion, cloves, cardamom and grind them finely. After that preheat the oil in karahi then add tomato onion paste and cook for 4-6 minutes.
 
STEP 3: After that add salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric and garam masala powder mix them well after that add chicken and cook for 5 minutes on slow flame. 

STEP 4: Add 1 and a half cup of water and cover it, cook it till chicken cooks well as per your taste.
