Ingredients For Paneer MakhMali: 

  1. 3 cups of paneer (cottage cheese)
  2. 1 cup onions chopped
  3. 1/4 cup milk
  4. 1 and a half teaspoon garam masala
  5. 1 teaspoon butter
  6. 1 spoon oil 

Ingredients To Marinate:
  1. 2 cups chopped coriander
  2. Some mint leaves 8-10
  3. 2-3 green chili 
  4. Ginger
  5. 1 spoon lime juice
  6. Salt as required
  7. Half cup of yogurt
  8. Cashew

How To Make Paneer Makhmali: 
  • Firstly take ingredients given for marination then add paneer in that and kept it aside to marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  • In a deep pan melt some butter and fry some chopped onions till it gets transparent. 
  • Now add marinated mixture in a pan and mix them very well, cook for 6-8 minutes.
  • After that add some milk and cook it on a slow flame for 5 minutes, take it out in serving bowl and spread a pinch of garam masala on above with some onion rings. Enjoy!!
