Ingredients We Need For Cabbage Soup Diet Recipe:
- 1 medium size chopped cabbage
- 2 chopped carrots
- 2 onion minced
- Half spoon corn flour
- 1 spoon black pepper
- 1-2 spoon butter
How To Make Cabbage Soup Diet Recipe:
- Wash and clean all vegetables then chop them.
- Cook all these vegetables in a pressure cooker with water till you get four whistles.
- When cooked off the flame and open the cover.
- Now in the frying pan melt the butter and add all vegetables from the pressure cooker.
- On above Sprinkle black pepper and salt mix well and cook.
- Now add corn flour and stir while cooking and make sure there are no lumps.
