Omega Seed Starter | Diabetic Breakfast Recipe

Here we are going to learn how to make omega seed starter for diabetic patients, And this is breakfast recipe for diabetes. If you don’t know what can diabetics eat for breakfast then here is a yummy diabetic recipe for breakfast. To make omega seed starter we need ingredients as follows.

  1. 150 gm quinoa
  2. 2-3 spoon omega seeds
  3. Lime juice
  4. 400 ml almond milk
  5. 150 ml water
  6. Half spoon vanilla essence
  7. Half spoon coconut oil
  8. 1 spoon honey
  9. ground cinnamon powder
  10. Some strawberries & blueberries
Method Of Preparation: 
  • Firstly add water, quinoa, and milk in a pan. 
  • Then bring it ti boil and simmer it for 10-15 minutes.
  • Now add lemon juice as per your taste, honey, coconut oil, cinnamon, vanilla essence and mix all these ingredients very well.
  • Take it out in a bowl and garnish with some chopped almond and blueberries Serve. Enjoy!!
