Oats Recipe

Ingredients We Need :

  1. 1 cup oats
  2. 2 cup of water
  3. 1 small chopped onion
  4. 1 medium chopped tomato
  5. 1/4 cup medium chopped carrot
  6. 2 tablespoon sweet corn
  7. 1/4 cup peas
  8. For taking we need 2 teaspoon oil, 1/2 tea urad bean (urad dal), A pinch of cumin, a pinch of salt, 2 green chilies and some curry leaves (Kari Patta).
  9. Chopped Coriander.
  10. Asafoetida

Method Of Preparation:
  • First heat oil in round pan then in that add urad dal roast it till it changes into pink color, then add cumin, asafoetida, curry leaves and green chilies.
  • After that add onion, peas, and carrot roast them well till it changes brown color, then add tomato and sweet corn and roast again for a minute.
  • Add oats and mix well, kept it on slow flame them add 1 1/2 water and salt. if you want it thinner then 1/2 cup of water and cook it for 1-2 minutes.
  • Take it down and decorate it with chopped coriander and serve.
Note: Oats absorb more water that’s why it needed more water.
