Welcome Dear Readers Learn How To Make Tasty Mushroom Soup, To Make Mushroom Soup We Need Some Ingredients As Follows,


Ingredients: 

  1. 250 gm mushrooms
  2. 2 Tablespoon butter
  3. 1-2 Tablespoon chopped coriander
  4. Lime juice
  5. 2 Tablespoon cream
  6. 2 Tablespoon corn flour
  7. 1/2 Teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  8. 1/4 Teaspoon black pepper powder
  9. 1 Teaspoon salt

Way Of Preparation: 
  • First clean mushrooms very well, remove it’s tail and cut it down into small pieces. Now heat the 1-2 tablespoon butter in a pan and melt it.
  • In that add ginger and roast lightly, then add chopped mushrooms, salt, black pepper powder mix all these ingredients well, Now cover it and cook it for 3-4 minutes on a slow flame, check it if a mushroom is being juicier remove the cover and cook for more 2-3 minutes. Because of that mushrooms getting more soften.
  • Take out some mushrooms 3/4 from Kadai and grind them and leave some mushrooms 1/4 in kadhai/pan. Add that Grind mixture in pan/pot, and add 2 cups water boil it and add 2-3 tablespoon corn flour and simmer(boil) for 2-3 minutes.
  • Finally, add 2 tablespoon cream and garnish with some chopped green coriander.

 A tasty mushroom cream soup is now ready to take out in a bowl and serves it.
