Mung Bean And Spinach Soup

INGREDIENTS:

  1. 5 spoon mung beans place in water for 10 minutes
  2. Half cup chopped spinach
  3. 1 spoon corn flour mixed in 1/4 cup milk
  4. Salt and black pepper powder

How To Make Mung Bean And Spinach Soup:

  • Add mung beans in pressure cooker with 2 cups hot water and cook till the whistle. 
  • Now mix them well and add spinach, corn flour milk, salt and black pepper powder then cook for 5 minutes on slow flame.
