Mango And Strawberry Muesli | Diabetic Breakfast Recipe

Muesli is an breakfast recipe which is based on raw rolled oats and other ingredients like fruits. 

Mango And Strawberry Muesli


  1. 200gm porridge oats
  2. 1 grated apple
  3. 100ml almond milk unsweetened
  4. 3 spoon honey
  5. 100ml apple juice
  6. Half spoon ground cinnamon
  7. 350ml water
  8. 200gm strawberries chopped
  9. 250gm yogurt 
  10. 1 ripe mango 
Method of preparation:
  • Firstly mix oats, almond milk, apple juice,honey, grated apple and cinnamon in saucepan.
  • Now heat the pan on medium flame and then add water.
  • Let the mixture boil and simmer it for 2-4 minutes.
  • now stir in the curd, mango and strawberries, mix all these ingredients in a bowl and garnish it with remaining fruits like strawberries and mango chunks.
