How To Make Egg Fried Rice Chinese Style

Here we will learn a basic and easiest way to cook this recipe. The good thing about this recipe you can add your favorite vegetables in it, so let’s get started.

Ingredients We Need:

  1. 2 cup steamed rice
  2. Eggs 2
  3. 3 spoon olive oil/common oil
  4. 1 small onion chopped
  5. 4-5 spoon chopped cabbage
  6. 3 garlic cloves chopped
  7. Bell pepper chopped
  8. Onion springs 3 spoon
  9. Sichuan pepper 1 spoon
  10. 3 spoon schezwan sauce
  11. 1 spoon red chili powder
  12. 1 spoon soy sauce
  13. Salt as per taste
  14. Vinegar 1 spoon
  15. 1 spoon sugar
  16. Half spoon sugar if desired
  17. 2 spoon chopped cilantro
  18. Half teaspoon black pepper/powder

How To Make Egg Fried Rice:

  • In a pan preheat the oil then roast some garlic cloves in it.
  • Now add chopped onion and Sichuan pepper and cook then add red chili powder or paste with 2 spoons of water.
  • Then add soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar cook till sugar melts completely.
  • After that add onion springs, capsicum, and cabbage cook for a while then add eggs and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • At the end add half cooked rice, chili powder and fry the whole mixture for 3-4 minutes.
  • Our egg fried rice is ready to serve to take it out in a serving plate the garnish it with chopped cilantro and serve.
  • Serve it with sauce and enjoy your dish.
