This recipe can be good for kids as well as elders also, it just takes around 20-25 minutes, and can be served for 2-3 peoples.


Macaroni Pasta

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup macaroni 
  2. Half cup thin chopped onion
  3. 1 tomato chopped
  4. 2-3 green chili long chopped 
  5. 1 teaspoon oil/ghee
  6. 1/4 cumin seeds
  7. 3-4 curry leaves
  8. Salt
  9. Chopped coriander leaves
Indications: 
  • Keep 5-6 cup water to boil. add 1 teaspoon salt. when water boils add macaroni, cook for 5-6 minutes as indications given on packet. 
  • Remove hot water from macaroni and add cold water and again remove the water.
  • Take a Kadai, in that heat, the oil/ghee in that add curry leaves, cumin seeds, and chili fry then for a while.
  • In that fry onion for a minute then add tomato and fry it too till it becomes more soften.
  • Now mix macaroni, take a taste if required add salt cook for 2 minutes and immediately serve by adding or decorating with coriander.
