Ingredients For Kadai Mushroom: 

  1. 250 gm mushrooms
  2. 2 onions
  3. 1 bell pepper
  4. Half ginger
  5. 4-5 garlic cloves
  6. 2-3 green chilly
  7. 1 Teaspoon red chili powder
  8. 1/2 Teaspoon turmeric powder
  9. 1 Tablespoon green coriander powder
  10. 1 Tablespoon garam masala
  11. Salt
  12. 1 Cup water And 4 Spoon ghee.

Method Of Preparation: 
  • First wash mushrooms properly and cut them into pieces, Take ginger-garlic and green chilly and grind than with some water. 
  • Now Heat a ghee in Kadai, then add chopped onion and fry till it gets a brown color, add ginger-garlic and chilly paste and fry them for a minute on slow flame.
  • Add chopped tomato, bell pepper and salt roast for 2 minutes, After that add turmeric and red chilly powder and roast for a while.
  • Now mix chopped mushrooms and add 1 cup of water, When it turns into gravy turn off the gas and take it down. Decorate it with chopped coriander and serve to your dear one.
