To Make Hyderabadi Mutton we need some ingredient as follows,

Hyderabadi Mutton Recipe


  • 1 kg mutton (Proper clean washed)
  • 2 tablespoon Ghee
  • Corn flour half cup mixed in water
  • Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 8 green chili 
  • 1 Long thin chopped onion
  • A table salt
  • Half teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon currant 
  • Cashew fried 1 tablespoon
  • 1 Table Soon boiled eggs 2 pieces 
Raw condiment Preparation: (masala)
For preparation of raw condiment we need
  • 1 1/2  teaspoon roast cumin 
  • 1 teaspoon Black mustard seeds 
  • 2 1/2 teaspoon roasted coriander seeds 
  • 6 green cardamom 
  • 5 cloves 
  • 3 cinnamon medium pieces
  • 10 dry red chilly

Grind all these ingredients, after grinding mix in yogurt and kept aside.

Method Of  Preparation:

  • First heat the ghee and oil in a pot, in that, add mutton and roast it for 10-15 minutes then add some raw condiment with yogurt, let it little dry.
  • Then, add some corn flour, some coriander leaves and 4 cups of water and mix the again, then in slow flame kept it to cook for 30-45 minutes.
  • After 45 minutes in that onion, related chili, some salt, sugar make a gravy, taste it, if any require needing then add what you want, and get it down.

On Hyderabadi mutton adds cashew, coriander, and long chopped boiled eggs it looks good.
For mutton, you can use goat meat or sheep meat.
