How To Make Veggie Pizza

Time: 2 hrs

To make pizza base we need,

  • 3 cups of flour or maida.
  • half tablespoon salt.
  • 1 cup warm water.
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil.
  • 1/4 tablespoon sugar and salt
  • and some olive oil for brushing
  • some flour and sprinkling.
After that toppings for 2-2 medium sizes pizzas you need, 1 sliced onion, 2 sliced bell pepper, 1 tomato, 7-8 green olives and cheese as required.
Veggie Pizza
Method Of  Preparation:
  • First, add sugar in warm water & mix it.
  • Then add some yeast, let it cool down.
  • After that take a bowl in that add one cup flour/maida, salt, olive oil and yeast and mix it well.
  • After mixing again add a cup of flour/maida, let the mixture sticky.
  • Make that mixture smooth and turn it into a ball.
  • And apply some olive oil on that, leave it for a half hour.
  • Turn it into a disk.
  • Place the dough in greased pan.
  • Brush some olive oil on the pizza base.
  • Add vegetables that you want and spread some cheese on that.
  • Bake your pizza in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 190-degree celsius.
  • Now your pizza ready to serve.
With this we also need sauce, without sauce, there is no fun for eating Pizza.
To make tomato sauce we need,
  • 5-6 tomatoes 
  • 3-4 garlic
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper 
  • Some red wine(if you have)
  • Dried basil as you want.
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano.


  • Wash tomato’s in under tap water and chops them.
  • Then heat the oil and fry chopped garlic in it.
  • Add some tomatoes and red wine
  • Let them cook for 5-7 min.
  • Add salt as you want and pepper.
  • Mix it well, and again cook for 4-5 min.
