Ingredients For Chop Suey Recipe:

  • 250 gm noodles or 1 packet
  • 6 spoon oil
  • 2 spoon corn flour
  • Ginger- garlic
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 300 gm boneless chicken
  • Carrot long and thin chopped
  • Some french beans
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 gm bean curd
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 spoon vinegar
  • White pepper powder 1 spoon
  • 1 spoon sugar
  • 5-6 spinach leaves
  • Cabbage half cup chopped

How To Make American Chop Suey:

  • First cook noodles lightly and separate it into four parts.
  • Give them a round shape and fry in oil till crisp take it out in a pepper napkin and in 1/4 cup of water add corn flour.
  • Now in a pan add app 2 spoon oil and roast onion and garlic cloves for 1 minute.
  • Then add chicken and fry 2-3 minutes then attach, carrot, beans, spinach and cabbage and stir-fry them for 2 minutes.
  • After that add salt, sugar, chili, tomato sauce, corn flour mixture, vinegar and chicken stock and bring it to a boil, make it thick. When cooked off the flame.
  • Now, this is time to add bean curd, simply mix it well. Till fry the eggs in the pan.
