WATER LOSS IN BODY:
Loss of water in body can cause fat increase inactive digestive system, irregular activity of body parts, increment of poison materials in body, peoples who do regular exercise in them loss of water can be very harmful, many infections occurs like fever, vomiting, bladder infection, kidney stone etc. at this time body needs water. many peoples drink water when they are thirsty, but you should drink eight glass of water in a day, no matter you are thirsty or not. many people drink coke, soft drinks, coffee, beer except water, but they don’t know they are harmful to the body, but the dehydration problem still not get solved. peoples who drink alcohol in them also dehydration problems occur.
WHEN DRINK A WATER:
You should drink water half hour before or half hour after having lunch, breakfast etc. in summer don’t drink a lot of water at a time, drink room temperature water slowly if you having heartburn problems then mix lemon juice in water and then drink it. in early morning drinking water is very helpful to the body. when you drink water during eating, your food does not get digest properly. you know that sufficient amount of water saves you from cancer, blood cancer, breast cancer and other diseases.

When you are dehydrated, you are suffering from vomiting, dry tongue, breathing problems occur, when you feel dehydrated add a pinch of salt and sugar in water mix it and drink it. when dehydration occurs go for coconut water. people who do exercise, gym in summer they are mostly suffering from dehydration, who are doing exercise and gym increase your water level in the body so that you will stay hydrated.
