Healthy Vegetarian Pasta Recipe

Ingredients We Need To Make Vegan Pasta:

  1. 1 cup or 100 gm pasta
  2. 2 spoon butter
  3. 1 bell pepper
  4. 1 cup milk
  5. 30-40 gm mozzarella cheese grated
  6. 1 spoon flour
  7. A pinch of black pepper powder
  8. Half teaspoon oregano
  9. Salt as per your taste

Healthy Vegetarian Pasta Recipe:

  • To boil pasta in a pot add 3 cups of water then add salt this will help to water get boil rapidly.
  • When water gets boil add pasta and 2 spoons of oil and bring it to boil.
  • Then keep it on a slow flame and mix the pasta gently in between.
  • Check out our pasta is cooked or not by pressing it If cooked remove all water and leave it.
  • Now wash and clean the capsicum; remove seeds and chopped into cross squares.
  • In a pan add 1 spoon butter and melt it, then add chopped capsicum and roast it for 1-2 minutes on high flame.
  • Then add remain butter in a pan and melt it; After that add flour and roast it for 1-2 minutes in butter.
  • Now, this is a time of milk add milk and mix it make sure the no lumps.
  • Cook it till milk gets boil here is our white sauce is ready.
  • Add mozzarella cheese and mix it very well, with it add salt and black pepper too and mix well.
  • Now add our cooked pasta and capsicum on above sprinkling some oregano and cook for a while then off the flame.
  • Take it out on a serving plate and garnish it with cilantro or with oregano.
