Ingredients We Need To Make Vegan Pasta:
- 1 cup or 100 gm pasta
- 2 spoon butter
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 cup milk
- 30-40 gm mozzarella cheese grated
- 1 spoon flour
- A pinch of black pepper powder
- Half teaspoon oregano
- Salt as per your taste
Healthy Vegetarian Pasta Recipe:
- To boil pasta in a pot add 3 cups of water then add salt this will help to water get boil rapidly.
- When water gets boil add pasta and 2 spoons of oil and bring it to boil.
- Then keep it on a slow flame and mix the pasta gently in between.
- Check out our pasta is cooked or not by pressing it If cooked remove all water and leave it.
- Now wash and clean the capsicum; remove seeds and chopped into cross squares.
- In a pan add 1 spoon butter and melt it, then add chopped capsicum and roast it for 1-2 minutes on high flame.
- Then add remain butter in a pan and melt it; After that add flour and roast it for 1-2 minutes in butter.
- Now, this is a time of milk add milk and mix it make sure the no lumps.
- Cook it till milk gets boil here is our white sauce is ready.
- Add mozzarella cheese and mix it very well, with it add salt and black pepper too and mix well.
- Now add our cooked pasta and capsicum on above sprinkling some oregano and cook for a while then off the flame.
- Take it out on a serving plate and garnish it with cilantro or with oregano.
