Vegetable Broth

Ingredients For Vegetable Broth:

  1. 2 spoon chopped tomato
  2. 2 spoon chopped capsicum 
  3. 2spoon chopped cabbage
  4. 2 spoon chopped carrot
  5. 2 spoon chopped coriander
  6. Half cup cooking oats
  7. 2 spoon chopped onion
  8. 1 spoon chopped chili
  9. 2 spoon chopped garlic
  10. 2 spoon chopped lemon juice
  11. Salt and black pepper powder
  12. Oil
How To Make Vegetable broth:
  • First, preheat the oil in a deep pan, then add onion, green chili, garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes on medium fire.
  • Now add all vegetables and roast for 2-3 minutes.
  • After that add oats and cook for 1 minute on slow flame.
  • Add 2-3 cups of water, salt, black pepper, and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Now add some chopped coriander, lime juice and again cook for 1 minute. Serve. Enjoy!!
