 If you include such healthy breakfast in your diet that helps to stay fit and also helps to lose weight. Having direct fruits sometimes it gets boring, why should we try some healthy fruits smoothie.

1 glass of banana smoothie keeps you very fit and gives you the energy to play the whole day. so let’s see how to make a banana smoothie.

Banana Smoothie

  1. 500 ml yogurt
  2. 2-3 banana
  3. 2 teaspoon pumpkin 
  4. 3 spoon honey
  5. 20 ml water
  • Remove all clothes of banana (take out peel)
  • Take pumpkin seeds, 2 teaspoon honey, 500 ml yogurt, grind all these ingredients is grinder
  • Grind till it gets smooth.
  • After that take out in jumbo glass if you have.
  • For garnishing on above pumpkin seeds and honey.
