Handi Mutton Recipe

Hello, dear readers welcome to millionvisitars. To make Handi Mutton Recipe we need some ingredients are as follows,

Ingredients For Handi Mutton Recipe: 

  • 1 kg lamb pieces,
  • 7 thin chopped onions,
  • 2 fresh ginger paste,
  • Half teaspoon fenugreek roast (methi)
  • 1 and a half teaspoon red chili powder,
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder,
  • 2 medium chopped tomatoes,
  • 1 and a half teaspoon garam masala,
  • 2 cups yogurt,
  • 4 green chilly,
  • 1 tablespoon chopped coriander,
  • 3 tablespoon oil, 
  • Salt for taste,
  • And half teaspoon sugar.

Method Of Preparation Of Handi Mutton Recipe: 

  1. First apply some ginger, garlic, and yogurt to the pieces and kept for 2 hrs for marinating.
  2. In a mud pot(handi) or in copper bottom pot add 2 tablespoon oil in that add onion’s and roast until it changes its color, also add red chili powder, turmeric powder, tomato and roast them again.
  3. After that add fenugreek powder, garam masala also adds remaining fresh ginger, garlic, and salt as required and roast them again, cook them-them for a while, 
  4. After cooking take a  taste if it’s good to take it down and some sugar and mix well.
  5. Decorate it with coriander and green chilly’s And enjoy your food.
