Hello Dear Readers, Welcome To Millionvisitars Today We Are Going To See How To Make Green Vegetable Soup Recipe At Home.

Ingredients For Green Soup:

  1. 1 Cup your favorite vegetables
  2. 2 Teaspoon butter
  3. 6-7 Finely chopped garlic cloves
  4. 1 Small chopped onion
  5. 1/2 red chili paste
  6. 2-3 Teaspoon milk cream
  7. 2 Pinch cinnamon powder
  8. Some salt
  9. Black pepper powder

Method Of Preparation:
  • Take good vegetables and boil them and add 1/2 Teaspoon salt.
  • Boil them for 2-4 minutes, strain all the water and on vegetables add cold water, remove excess water and make a puree of that. 
  • Now heat the butter in kadhai and roast some garlic cloves in that, then add chopped onions in that and roast them till it gets a pink color. Now add puree of vegetables. If required you can also add some water in that.
  • Add some salt as you required, chili paste. boil it on a slow flame for 5 minutes, Now add cinnamon powder and black pepper powder.
  • Take that soup in a bowl and decorate it with cream. serve soup with crackers food. 
Note: * While boiling doesn’t cover it otherwise it changes in black color.
          * If there are bubbles you can strain the puree.
          * Usually avoid Dill(methi), Fenugreek vegetables that make smell so bad, otherwise your soup will become sour.
