If you gone through many weight loss diet plans but still you are unable to lose weight then you must try general motor diet plan. General motor (GM) diet plan specially program for weight loss. With this diet plan, you can easily able to lose weight. This is an easy weight loss diets plan which you can use for a week.

Gm Diet Plan

Gm Diet Day 1:

  • Breakfast – 1 apple and 2 glass water
  • Mid Morning Meal – 1 small bowl papaya and 1-2 glass of water
  • Afternoon Lunch – 1 small bowl watermelon or Honeydew melon and 1-2 glass of water
  • At Evening Tea Time – 1 orange or Sapodilla with 1 and a half glass of water 
  • Evening – 1 glass coconut water
  • On Dinner Time – 1 apple and 2 glass water
  • Just remember you have eaten only fruits on the first day

GM Diet Day 2: 

  • Breakfast – 1 boiled potato with 1-2 glass of water
  • Mid Morning Meal – 1 bowl raw cabbage and 1-2 glass of water
  • Afternoon Lunch – 1 tomato, 1 cucumber and half boiled beetroot with 1 glass of water
  • At Evening Tea Time -2 tomato and 1-2 glass water
  • Evening – 1 glass tomato and spinach juice
  • On Dinner Time – boiled calabash with some masala and 1-2 glass of water
  • On the second day eat only vegetables

  • Breakfast – 1 apple and 2 glass water
  • Mid Morning Meal – 1 small bowl papaya and 1-2 glass of water
  • Afternoon Lunch – 1 tomato, 1 cucumber and half boiled beetroot with 1 glass of water

  • On 3rd day eat only vegetables and fruits

  • Breakfast – Half glass skimmed milk and 1-2 glass of water
  • Mid Morning Meal – 1 banana with 2 glass water
  • Afternoon Lunch – 1 glass skimmed milk without sugar and 1-2 glass of water
  • At Evening Tea Time – 1 banana and 2 glass water
  • Evening – 1 banana
  • On Dinner Time – Half glass skimmed milk without sugar
  • On 4th day have only skimmed milk and banana

  • Breakfast – 1 bowl brown rice and 1-2 glass of water
  • Mid Morning Meal – 2 tomatoes with 2 glass water
  • Afternoon Lunch – 1 bowl brown rice with other vegetables and 2 glass of water
  • At Evening Tea Time – salted tomato with cumin and 2 glass of water
  • Evening – 1 glass lemonade ( lime juice)
  • On Dinner Time – Brown rice 
  • On 5th day have only brown rice and tomato

  • Breakfast – 1 bowl brown rice and 1-2 glass of water
  • Mid Morning Meal – 2 tomatoes with 2 glass water
  • Afternoon Lunch – 1 bowl brown rice with other vegetables and 2 glass of water
  • At Evening Tea Time – 2 cucumber with cumin and salt and 2 glass of water
  • Evening – 1 glass lemonade ( lime juice)
  • On Dinner Time – Boiled beetroot, carrot, cucumber and raw cabbage
  • On 6th day have only brown rice and other vegetables

  • Afternoon Lunch – 1 bowl brown rice with other vegetables and 2 glass of water
  • At Evening Tea Time –  2 cucumber with cumin and salt and 2 glass of water
  • Evening – 1 glass kanji or other juice
  • On Dinner Time – Boiled beetroot, carrot, cucumber and raw cabbage

With this diet, you can lose weight easily but this diet is for 7 days and you need to include this diet once in a month Or you can get advice from your doctor or from your dietitian.
