# Java plum is the best remedy for diabetic patients| Eat java plum with salt it controls sugar level.
# For a month take cinnamon in through your meal or diet. With decreasing sugar level it also helps you to maintain weight.
# Bitter gourd is good for the diabetic patient it’s hard to drink but very beneficial for your health. Drink juice of bitter gourd every day you can also do 1 thing boil the bitter gourd in water then drink that water.
