Avoiding hair care can cause many hair problems like dandruff, baldness, dry scalp etc. Here we will learn how to get rid of dandruff naturally. Usually, both men and women can suffer from this problem.

Dandruff is a common scalp disorder in which dead skin cell accumulates in the scalp and falls off.

Causes Of Dandruff:

  1. Unsuitable weather
  2. Overstress
  3. Harsh shampoos or conditioners
  4. Excess consumption of oily food
  5. Unsuitable hair products
  6. Other skin problems
  7. Dehydration 

Get Rid of Dandruff Naturally:

1. Coconut Oil:

Add some lime juice in slight warm coconut oil then apply on your scalp and leave it for 10-15 minutes then wash off with a mild shampoo. Do this three times in a week to see better results.

In the second method add camphor powder in coconut oil mix it well and apply it on night time before sleeping & leave it for overnight then in morning wash it off.

2. Fenugreek:

This method is very easy just add some fenugreek seeds in water and leave it for overnight, then in morning sieve it and make a paste and apply on your scalp. Leave it for 1-2 hrs. Then wash it off with a mild shampoo.

3. Black Pepper:

In a milk add some black pepper powder and lime juice then grind it and apply on scalp & leave it for 1-2 hr. then wash off with water. This will help you to get smooth and silky hairs without any dandruff do this for 2 times in a week.

4. Eggs:

To throw your dandruff away beat 2 eggs and some water mix this mixture very well and apply on your scalp, leave it for an hour then rinse off with normal water.

5. Neem Leafs.

Boil neem leafs in water and use it to wash your hairs this will help you to get rid of dandruff and bacterial infection.

You can also apply a paste of neem leafs just grind it with a small amount of water and apply on scalp leave it for 10-15 minutes then wash off.

6. Aloe Vera:

Extract the juice of aloe vera and apply on hair at night and allow it to settle for 5-7 hrs then wash in next morning.

7. Yogurt:

Simply apply yogurt on the scalp and leave it for an hour then wash it out. 

8. Use Herbal Shampoos: 

Use of herbal shampoo for hairs can be very beneficial but make sure it should hold a good amount of Vitamin E. Or else use vitamin E oil for massaging of hairs.
