Fried Fish

Ingredients We Need:

  1. 700 gm pieces of fish,
  2. One chopped onion,
  3. One big spoon lemon juice,
  4. One spoon salt, 
  5. One and a half spoon garam masala,
  6. One spoon garlic,
  7. One spoon red chili powder,
  8. Two big spoon coriander,
  9. Two big tomatoes,
  10. Two big spoon corn flour,
  11. 3/4 cup oil.

Method Of Preparation Fried Fish:

  • Wash fish pieces neat, and to cool kept then in a fridge,
  • Take onion, tomato, lemon juice, salt, garlic, garam masala, red chili powder, and coriander grind them in a grinder,
  • After that takeout fish pieces from fridge kept it on flat bowl, 
  • On that add, mixed ingredients from grinder, mix them well after that add some corn flour on fish pieces,
  • Take out oil in a pan heat it, then again place some corn flour and add it in oil pan,
  • Fry it deeply as your taste,
  • Decorate it and serve it.
