Ingredients We Need:
- 700 gm pieces of fish,
- One chopped onion,
- One big spoon lemon juice,
- One spoon salt,
- One and a half spoon garam masala,
- One spoon garlic,
- One spoon red chili powder,
- Two big spoon coriander,
- Two big tomatoes,
- Two big spoon corn flour,
- 3/4 cup oil.
Method Of Preparation Fried Fish:
- Wash fish pieces neat, and to cool kept then in a fridge,
- Take onion, tomato, lemon juice, salt, garlic, garam masala, red chili powder, and coriander grind them in a grinder,
- After that takeout fish pieces from fridge kept it on flat bowl,
- On that add, mixed ingredients from grinder, mix them well after that add some corn flour on fish pieces,
- Take out oil in a pan heat it, then again place some corn flour and add it in oil pan,
- Fry it deeply as your taste,
- Decorate it and serve it.
