Ingredients For Homemade Lychee Sorbet:
- Fresh lychee 250 gm
- 75 gm caster sugar
- 2 spoon lime juice
- Few mint leaves
- 1 cup of water
How To Make Lychee Sorbet:
- In a pan add water, sugar, and lychee then brings it to boil. Boil until the sugar gets melt then off the flame and allow it to cool.
- After that remove the seeds and again place it in the syrup.
- Add the lime juice and blend the mixture until it gets smooth.
- Sieve it and extract the smoothness. Add it in an ice-cream container and freeze it for 3-4 hrs.
