Ingredients For Eggless Fruit And Nut Cake:
- 200 gm maida flour
- 80 gm sugar powder
- Half cup milk and butter
- Condensed milk half cup
- Cashew, walnuts, almond and raisins all half-half cup
- Baking soda and baking powder 1 spoon
- Half cup Candied fruit
How To Make Eggless Fruit And Nut Cake:
- First, finely chop dried fruits but remain some for garnishing.
- Now add flour, baking soda, and powder and mix very well.
- In pot melt butter then add condensed milk and sugar then stir it while cooking.
- Stir till our mixture becomes like a foam.
- In that mixture add a half cup of milk and mix very well then add chopped dried fruits and mix.
- Here is our cake mixture is ready.
- Now Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- In the cake, container apply butter and put the same size butter paper at the bottom.
- Now bake the cake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
- Check the cake after 25 minutes it becomes puffy or not just insert the toothpick or knife.
- Bake it again for 10-15 minutes, check again and bake for more 30 minutes till it gets a brown color.
