Ingredients For Cutlet:

  1. 1 boiled egg
  2. 4 boiled potatoes
  3. 2 thin chopped onions
  4. 1 spoon garam masala
  5. 3 red chili
  6. Corn flour
  7. Oil for frying
  8. Salt as required
How To Make Egg Potato Cutlet:
  • Preheat the oil in karahi and roast chopped the onion and red chili.
  • Then mash the potato and place it in karahi mix all these ingredients very well.
  • Roll the egg in a corn flour and cover it with mash potato. 
  • Now fry the egg in oil and serve it with tomato sauce.
