Ingredients We Need:

  1. 250 gm mushrooms
  2. 1 chopped onion
  3. 2 tomatoes chopped
  4. 75 gm peas boiled
  5. 1 spoon grated ginger
  6. 3-4 garlic chopped
  7. 2 spoon butter
  8. half spoon turmeric
  9. coriander powder half spoon
  10. garam  masala half spoon
  11. Salt as required
  12. 1 spoon raisins
  13. Oil 3-4 spoon
  14. Read chili powder half spoon

Method Of Preparation:

  • First, take a pan and preheat the oil or butter then add chopped onions and ginger garlic the roast for 2-3 minutes.
  • Now add chopped tomato and boiled peas with all masala the cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Stir in between when cooked add chopped mushrooms and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Cover the pan if required add a cup of water and cook again for several minutes.
