Ingredients For Healthy Banana Bread Recipe:

  1. Dry yeast 4-5 spoons
  2. 200 gm white flour
  3. 75 gm powdered sugar
  4. 5 ripped bananas
  5. 1 spoon ground cinnamon
  6. Oil for greasing
  7. 200 gm wheat flour
  8. Allspice 2 spoons
  9. 2 egg white beaten
  10. Fruit Jam For serving
  11. Lukewarm Water

How To Make Healthy Banana Bread Recipe:

  • First, dissolve 2 spoon sugar in 80 ml of lukewarm water. then spread dry yeast and leave it for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • In a large bowl add both wheat flour, allspice, remain sugar, cinnamon and mix well.
  • Smash the banana and make a smooth paste after that stir it into egg white and spiced flour, mix together. Add the yeast mixture in center, stir well and make a dough. If the mixture is too wet add some flour.
  • Knead the dough for 4-5 minutes or until it gets smooth.
  • Now grease the bowl with some oil, roll the dough with oil. Cover the bowl with a moist cloth and leave it for 2 hours.
  • Take out the dough on the plane surface cover with flour. Again knead it for 1 to 2 minutes then roll up the dough and place it in the tin. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  • Now bake it for 40 to 45 minutes or till it gets light brown After that leave it for 10 to 15 minutes.
