Coconut Burfi Recipe

Hello And Welcome, Here we are going to make coconut burfi, it can easily make in 15-20 minutes.

Time: 15-20 minutes.
Serve: 2-3

INGREDIENTS: 

  1. Coconut powder 350 gram
  2. Condensed milk 450 gram
  3. Cashew 10-15
  4. Pistachios 8-10

METHOD OF PREPARATION: 
  • Firstly take out condensed milk in a pan and heat it on low flame then add coconut powder and mix these ingredients very well.
  • Make small pieces of cashew and pistachios.
  • After that add pieces of cashew in the mixture and mix them well.
  • Cook it on continuous slow flame till the mixture gets muddy then off the flame.
  • Apply some melted butter or ghee on the plane plate before placing that mixture, then take it out on a greasy plate. And give a good shape like round or square and on above sprinkle some pistachios pieces.
  • Place it in a fridge to freeze for 2-4 hrs. Now take it out from the fridge and cut it into shapes that you want, here is our coconut burfi is ready to enjoy.
