 Butter chicken it just takes about less than 1 hour to serve about 5 people. it just takes 20 minutes for ingredients collection preparation 35 - 50 minutes to ready.

Ingredients We Need For Butter Chicken Gravy:

  1. 1 chopped onion (thin)
  2.  cup tomato puree
  3. 2 Big spoon butter
  4. 1 big spoon oil
  5. 1 small spoon ginger garlic paste
  6. again 1 small spoon red chili powder
  7. 1 small spoon garam masala
  8. 1 1 small spoon cumin 
  9. 1 bay leaf
  10. Half cup curd 
  11. And salt for taste

Method Of preparation Of Gravy:

  • Take a pan and preheat the oil in that add bay leaf and cumin and roast for a while then add chopped onion, roast onion till it converts into golden color.
  • Now add butter, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala and red chili powder and cook for 1 minute.
  • After that add tomato puree, salt, and some water, now cover it and cook for up to 10 minutes. If it is cooked kept it aside. 
Now Let’s Move Towards Chicken, For That, We Need Some Ingredients As Follows:


  1. 1 Kg boneless chicken
  2. 1 big spoon oil
  3. 1 small spoon garam masala
  4. A pinch of black pepper powder
  5. 1 big spoon corn flour
  6. And finally half cup of water

Method Of preparation Of Chicken:

  • Take a pan and heat the oil, in that add chicken pieces and lightly roast that chicken till it changes into lightly brown. 
  • Now add garam masala and black pepper powder mix these ingredients very well and then mix 6-7 spoon sauce (puree), cook till it removes the water. Now off the flame.

Method Of Preparation Chicken Butter Masala:

  • Now take roasted chicken pieces and mix in gravy, mix it very well because it’s taste depends on how we are mixing.
  • kept it on gas and cover it & cook for 7-10 minutes. Take some chopped coriander for garnishing and off the flame.
