- 4-6 bread slices
- 2 spoon semolina
- Grated coconut 2 spoon
- 1/4 cup milk
- Khoa 1/4 cup
- 3-4 drops of food color yellow
- 2 cup sugar or honey
- 4 drops of kewra essence
- Oil or butter for frying
- Strawberries or cherry for garnishing
How To Make Breakfast Bread Pudding Recipes:
- Remove all corners of bread and squeeze it with milk.
- Now mix semolina with grated coconut mix well.
- Now make 10 equal parts and place it aside.
- In khoa add food color and mix well you can also add some saffron.
- Divide this mixture into 10 parts.
- Now in between bread slices add khoa mixture and give a shape like a spoon.
- In a deep pan fry this and fry till it gets golden brown color.
- Make a sugar syrup deep the bread slice in it.
- Take it out in a serving plate garnish with strawberries or with cherry and serve.
