Ingredients For Vegan cake:
- 250 gm flour (maida)
- 200 gm dry plum
- 200 gm raisins
- 1 spoon vanilla essence
- 100 gm walnut
- 200 gm butter
- 300 gm condensed milk
- 100 gm jaggery
- 50 gm candied fruit
- 10 glazed cherries
- 15-16 peeled almonds
- 1 spoon orange zest
- 1 spoon lemon zest
- 6-8 cardamom
- Half inch cinnamon
- 2 cloves
- 2-3 pinch of nutmeg
- 4-5 black pepper
- Half cup milk
- 2 spoon baking powder
- Chocolate Flakes
How To Make Vegan eggless Christmas Cake:
# First remove the seeds of dry plums and chop into small pieces, convert walnuts into small pieces and peel the cardamom then take raisins and make a powder with these ingredients.
# Now, mix maida and baking powder together and sieve it to mix these ingredients properly.
# Melt the butter in a little large pot then add jaggery and cook it for a while then add condensed milk and mix very well. after that add both zest of lemon and orange and mix again. Then add raisins, walnuts, candied fruit, dry plum and vanilla essence mix then if mixture gets thicker you can add milk in that.
# Now Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Here we need a cake container on the base add butter paper and make it greasy.
# add the mixture into a container and spread it equally if wish you can add some almond on above.
# Now put the cake container in the oven and bake it for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. check the cake and make it a little brown. again set the oven at 170 degrees and bake for 10 minutes and make it golden brown.
# Check the cake with a toothpick if it gets out clean then our cake is ready, garnish your cake with cherries. serve it after cooling. here is our Christmas cake is ready.
