INGREDIENTS:

  1. 2 banana’s 
  2. Half cup oats
  3. 2 teaspoon honey 
  4. 2-3 drops vanilla essence

METHOD OF PREPARATION: 
  • Take all ingredients except vanilla essence and grind them.
  • Grind till it gets smooth after that add 2-3 drops of vanilla essence.
  • Here are our healthy banana oats smoothie is ready.
  • You can any of fruits as you wish like grapes, strawberry etc.
