Ingredients For Spring Roll:

  1. 50 gm gram flour
  2. Salt as per taste
  3. Half packet boiled noodles
  4. 1 finely chopped onion
  5. 2 spoons oil
  6. Two spoon red chili sauce
  7. Black pepper powder half spoon
  8. Thing and long chopped bell pepper
  9. 3 to 4 chopped spring onion
  10. Cottage cheese cubes
  11. 1 spoon chopped cilantro

How To Make Spring Rolls At Home:

  • In a gram flour add water and knead dough with required quantity of salt.
  • With this make roti and cook it on a non-stick pan for a while and kept it aside.
  • In deep pan preheat the oil and fry chopped onion and other veggies.
  • After that add cottage cheese, boiled noodles, salt, black pepper powder and stir well.
  • After 2 to 3 minutes off the flame, place this mixture to roti and make a roll.
  • Bake it at 100 degrees in the oven for 7 to 10 minutes.
