Ingredients For Cajun Fish Fillets:

  1. Fish fillets 2-3
  2. Salt
  3. Black pepper
  4. 1 spoon chili flakes
  5. Half spoon garlic powder
  6. Oil
  7. 1 spoon lime juice
  8. Chopped cilantro
  9. 1 spoon stock cubes
  10. Lemon Slices
  11. 2 spoon maida flour
  12. Dried herbs 1 spoon

How To Make Cajun Fish Fillets:

  • First, we have to make spice mixture for that take stock cubes, chili flakes, cajun spice, chili powder, dried herbs, salt, garlic paste, and maida flour grinds this and makes a powdered paste.
  • Now make light incisions on fish fillets and rub the lemon juice and coat the fish fillets into a cajun spice that we have made before.
  • Preheat the oil in the non-stick pan. Fry the fillets till it gets golden brown color from both sides.
